Highs, Sighs and Pretty Lies

I’m always out on the look for a good eyelid primer and I’ve been using E.L.F. for the past few months. I’ve been using the one that has the liner seal on the other end. The color would look good using that primer but at the end of a hot day, the powder would always crease.

I bought this one, it’s a liquid primer and very lightweight. I really like this one since, here in the Philippines, it’s always so hot and I sweat very easily. I’ve been using this for a week now and as far as today, it doesn’t make my eye makeup crease which earns tons of brownie points from me. It’s also super cheap, around 250PHP only. I’m not exactly loving the applicator though. The applicator is similar to an applicator of lipgloss.
